Blessing and Greeting:
I am in receipt of your letter of the 23rd of March and, as requested, will remember you in prayer for the fulfillment of your heart's desires for good.
I trust there is no need to emphasize to you at length that since all blessings come from G-d, and the channel to receive them is through the everyday life and conduct in accordance with His Will, every additional effort in matters of Yiddishkeit, Torah and Mitzvoth, widens the channels to receive G-d's blessings.
Although all Mitzvoth have to be fulfilled for their own sake, every Mitzvo is connected with a special Brocho and Segulo. The blessing of healthy children is connected with the strict observance of the laws and regulations of Taharas Hamichpocho. And since, in the course of time, some detail may be overlooked, it is a good idea to review these laws and regulations, in order to observe them meticulously in every detail.
Having just observed Purim, I trust you had a joyous and inspiring Purim, keeping in mind that the whole Megillah is not called after Mordecai, nor after Mordecai and Esther jointly, but solely after Esther - Megillas Esther. This significant tribute to Jewish womanhood clearly emphasizes the historic role of Jewish women in Jewish life, and should certainly be a source of inspiration to every Jewish woman.
With blessing,
