By the Grace of G-d 13th of Cheshvan, 5745 Brooklyn, N. Y.
Rabbi Moshe Arye Lehon
500 "C" Grand St.
New York, N. Y. 10002
Greeting and Blessing:
I duly received your letter with the good news that the United Jewish Council of the Lower East Side is honoring your wife Breindel for her efforts in behalf of Taharas Hamishpocho.
The fact that you and your wife take true pride in these efforts clearly shows that there is no need to emphasize to you at length the vital importance of Taharas Hamishpocho. However, since our Sages say, "Encourage the energetic," and there is always room for advancement in all matters of goodness and holiness, Torah and Mitzvoth, I am confident that the said recognition will stimulate you and all your friends to even greater efforts in the coming days.
I am, therefore, delighted to extend to you heartfelt congratulations and prayerful wishes for Hatzlocho to go from strength to strength in all matters of Yiddishkeit, Torah and Mitzvoth, especially in the area of Taharas Hamishpocho. For, as is well known, strict observance of the laws of Taharas Hamishpocho, in addition to its impact on the husband and wife, has also a lasting impact on the children and children's children, to the end of posterity, continuously inspiring them to conduct their everyday life in keeping with the Torah and Mitzvoth, which, in addition to being a "must" for their own sake, are also the 'Vessels and channels" to receive G-d's blessings in all needs, both materially and spiritually.
May G-d grant that you should have good news to report in all above.
With esteem and blessing
M. Schneerson
