By the Grace of G-d7th of Cheshvan, 5745Brooklyn, N. Y.

Jerusalem
Blessing and Greeting:
I received your letter and, as requested, will remember you in prayer for the fulfillment of your heart's desires for good in the matters about which you wrote.
To answer your questions in their order:
Concerning Mr. Baruch - it would be advisable to find out through friends, in a diplomatic way, as to what are the prospects, and then act accordingly. If the expectations do not seem favorable, there would be no point to wait, and you would then turn your attention to other more favorable prospects.
As for your question whether you can go out with a Kohen - this, like similar questions, has to be inquired of a practicing Rav.
There is surely no need to remind you that since all blessings come from HaShem, and the channel to receive them is through the everyday life and conduct in accordance with His Will, every additional effort in this direction, though a "must" for its own sake, widens these channels.
May HaShem grant that you should have good news to report.
With blessing,
