Greeting and Blessing:
I am in receipt of your letter of the 12th of Adar, with the enclosure. May G-d grant the fulfillment of your heart's desires for good in the matter about which you write.
With regard to your question, If I have any advice which can help arouse a more favorable outlook from G-d, you surely know that the daily life and conduct in accordance with the Will of G-d, who is "Healer of All Flesh Who Works Wonderously"1 is the channel through which to receive G-d's blessings. Therefore, every additional effort in matters of Torah and Mitzvoth in the daily life, both on the part of those who are in need of G-d's blessing, as well as those who are concerned for their wellbeing, will surely bring additional Divine blessings. Needless to say, there is always room for improvement in all matters of goodness and holiness, since they are infinite, being derived from the Infinite.
In the present situation, I would also suggest that the Tefillin and Mezuzos should be checked to make sure they are Kosher, and that care should be taken in putting on the Tefillin everyweekday morning.
Receipt is enclosed for your Tzedoko, and may it additionally stand you and all yours in good stead.
May G-d grant you that you should have good news to report in all above.
With blessing,
M.Schneerson
