Sholom uBrocho:
I received your letters, in which you write that your parents have agreed to your going to learn in Eretz Yisroel.
I believe I have already written to you before, and I have also conveyed this through Rabbi Dubov,1 that it is advisable for you to go to the Yeshiva in Lud, and may G-d grant you success in your learning with devotion and diligence and with a greater measure of holiness, since you will be learning and living in the Holy Land.
No doubt you participated in the observance of 13th of Tammuz, and have been greatly inspired by the lesson and message of this anniversary.
Just received the letter of 3d Av.
With blessing,
By Nissan Mindel
