By the Grace of G-d 19th of Adar, 5721 Brooklyn, N. Y.
6427 Monitor Street
Pittsburgh 17, Penna.
Greeting and Blessing:
After the very long interval, I received your letter of February 27th, and your suggestion was conveyed to the Administration of the Central Yeshiva Tomche Tmimim, where it will surely receive the fullest attention. I trust you will be in communication with the Central Yeshiva Administration.
As we have just celebrated the happy Festival of Purim, I trust that everyone of us has been inspired with the message of Purim and the bearing that it has on all those who are actively engaged in the support of our sacred institutions. For these institutions are designed to bring up students who will most closely resemble the students of Mordechai who brought about the miracle of Purim and the complete reversal of the Jewish position from darkness and danger to "light, joy, gladness and glory."1 Even if there are people who do not appreciate the vital importance of these institutions or do not agree with its program, this, far from discouraging those who do appreciate them, should call forth additional efforts to do what they think does agree with the Will of G-d, the Creator and Master of the world, which is the important thing.
You do not mention anything about yourself or your family, from which I gather that everything is in order.
With blessing,
M. Schneerson
