Greeting and Blessing:
I was pleased to receive your letter of Feb. 27th, enclosing photographs taken of the recent Torah welcoming parade that you had in Hallandale near your new synagogue, etc.1
It was gratifying to read about it and especially to see the photographs, since a picture tells a great deal more than many words.
I take this opportunity to enclose a booklet published in connection with a Torah Welcoming celebration, which you will surely find interesting and informative.2
May the Zechus of the above Mitzvo and the steady advancement in all matters of Torah and Mitzvoth, stand you and all yours in good stead, and may you always have good news to report.
With blessing,
M. Schneerson
Notes and sources
Dr. Moshe Mordechai (Marvin) Shuster and Mrs. Chana (Susan) Shuster were early Chabad supporters and communal activists in Hollywood–Hallandale, Florida. Dr. Shuster, a successful plastic surgeon, and his wife Susan, who came from a largely secular background, became closely connected with Chabad through their encounter with Rabbi Sholom Lipskar. Inspired by the Rebbe’s guidance, they transformed their home into a center of Jewish life, hosting Shabbos minyanim and outreach activities, and eventually established a synagogue that was renamed Congregation Levi Yitzchok, named with the Rebbe’s approval. (See also interview with Mrs. Shuster in JEM—Here's My Story, Lech Lecha 5777.) For additional letters addressed to Dr. and Mrs. Shuster, see letter dated 15 Av, 5735.

2) Earlier that year a booklet titled Kuntres Siyum VeHachanasas Sefer Torah was published. The booklet contained the Rebbe’s talks and a discourse delivered on the on the occasion of a Sefer Torah completion and welcoming ceremony which took place on the 17th of Kislev. The booklet was edited by the Rebbe before publication.
