By the Grace of G-d5th of Shevat, 5736

Sholom uBrocho:

In response to the questions posed in your two recent letters I wish to inform you that the Rebbe replied that:

1) It is yet too early to consider establishing a Chabad House there at this time,

2) You should continue your studies in the field of science in a manner and to the degree that it will be useful to you for your Parnosso.

With all good wishes,

Sincerely,

A. Hodakov
