Greeting and Blessing:
I was pleased to become acquainted with your Father and to receive the report from him about your studies in the Yeshiva in Melbourne, and also about the studies of your younger brother, Chaim Aaron. I trust that you will increase your diligence and devotion to your studies, for this is the way to receive increased blessings from the Almighty, for yourself and the whole family.
I trust you are familiar with the story of our Sages, that when God was about to give the Torah, He wanted a guarantee that it would be studied and kept, and the only surety that He accepted were the children. In other words, when Jewish children study the Torah diligently, and observe its Commandments, they bring about special Divine pleasure, and thereby bring about blessings for themselves, their families and all Jews.
I trust that you try to be a good influence on your friends by word and even more by deed and conduct.
Give my blessing also to your brother and to your friends, that they all make good progress in studying our Holy Torah, and live up to it fully.
With blessing,
By
