After the considerable interval, I received your long letter. May G-d grant that all the matters about which you write should be resolved in the way that is truly good for you in every respect.

Especially as we are now in the auspicious days of Sfira, linking the festival of Pessach, the Season of Our Freedom, with the festival of Shovuoth, the Season of Our Receiving the Torah, which brought our people true freedom materially and spiritually.

About your obligation to Norwich - it is a שאלה for a רב to decide.
