Greeting and Blessing:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter of Aug. 21st, with enclosure.
As requested, I will remember you in prayer, when visiting the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, of saintly memory. May you have good news to report in the matters about which you wrote.
Since all blessings come from HaShem, the channels to receive them are the Torah and Mitzvoth in the everyday life and conduct, and every additional effort in Yiddishkeit, though a "must" for its own sake, widens these channels.
I would particularly recommend that you be extra careful in the observance of Kashrus of all foods and beverages, and also in putting on every weekday morning Tefillin that have been checked for Kashrus.
Receipt is enclosed for your Tzedoko, and may it bring you and all your family additional Divine blessings.
With prayerful wishes for a Kesivo vaChasimo Tovo, for a good and sweet year to you and all yours,
With blessing,
M Schneerson
