By the Grace of G-d Erev Shovuos, 5735 Brooklyn, N. Y,
Mrs. Miriam Smetana
Worcester, Mass.
Blessing and Greeting:
I was pleased to have had the opportunity to meet with you at the conclusion of the Convention of Nshei uBnos Chabad.
I am confident that you brought home with you lasting impressions of the Convention's proceedings. The essential thing is that these impressions, and certainly all the resolutions adopted at the Convention, should be translated into deeds by each and all the participants, with special resolve to extend these benefits and influences to all in the environment.
As a member of Nshei Chabad it is surely unnecessary to explain to you the importance of the Mitzvah of v'ohavto lre'acho komoicho, which is frequently emphasized in the teachings of Chasidus.
May G-d grant that these activities should be carried out in accordance with another equally emphatic principle of Chasidus, namely, with joy and inspiration.
With prayerful wishes for the fulfilment of your heart's desires for good in all the matters about which you wrote, and
With the traditional Shovuos blessing to receive the Torah with joy and inwardness,
M. Schneerson
