Greeting ard Blessing:
On the occasion of the forthcoming Yom-Tov Pesach, I send you my prayerful wishes that the Festival of our Freedom bring you and yours true freedom, freedom from anxiety material and spiritual, from anything which might distract from serving G-d wholeheartedly and with joy, and to carry over this freedom and joy into the whole year.
Wishing you and yours a kosher and happy Pesach,
With blessing,
M. Schneerson
P.S. I take this opportunity of acknowledging receipt of your letter of the 25th of Adar 11. I was glad to read about the progress in connection with the Russian Immigrant Aid Society - Chabad. At the same time, I would like to point out the very special precaution that has to be taken in any matter that involves Hasogas Gvul. there is no need to point out that the Torah is very strict about encroachment, even in ordinary business matters; how much more so in matters in which a person is involved with dedication, and considers it as part of self fulfillment, etc. Experience has shown that even if one is willing to forgo and forgive, the feeling of resentment at having been pushed out may be reawakened later.
In addition to the Torah aspect, there is also the practical aspect that such a situation might create friction and ill feeling. And although theoretically it might be possible to arrange things on a division of activities, but in actual practice this may not work out so well. I trust, therefore, that if, as you indicate, there is a wide field for additional people to become active in this area, every consideration will be given to making the proper arrangements.
