By the Grace of G-d7th of Cheshvan, 5745Brooklyn, N. Y.
Mrs. . . .
S. F., Ca.
Blessing and Greeting:
I received your letter, postmarked Oct. 8th and, as requested, will remember you in prayer for the fulfillment of your heart's desires for good in the matters about which you wrote.
There is surely no need to remind you that all blessings come from HaShem, and the channel to receive them is through the everyday life and conduct in accordance with His Will, Therefore, every additional effort in matters of Torah and Mitzvoth, though a "must" for their own sake, widens these channels. And, of course, there is always room for advancement in all matters of goodness and holiness, Torah and Mitzvoth.
May G-d grant that you should have good news to report in all above.
With blessing,
P. S. Enclosed is a copy of a message, which, although written in connection with Rosh Hashono, is always timely. I trust you will make good use of it.1
