By the Grace of G-d 28th of Teves, 5724 Brooklyn, N. Y.
Dr. ...
New York 34, N.Y.
Blessing and Greeting:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter of December 25th with the enclosure.
You write about the problem of getting an apartment closer to the place where you teach. It seems to me that nowadays the differential in rent does not appear to be sufficiently great to affect your decision to move to a more suitable neighborhood. However, the important thing is that the neighborhood is one that is close to your heart and, no doubt, before you make your final decision, you will look into the possibilities of one or another neighborhood which would answer your requirements, and would choose the one that is most suitable. And, may G-d grant that your change of residence will bring about a change for the good in every respect.
On the occasion of last Chanukah, I wrote a few lines for the benefit of Chabad women, actually intended for all Jewish women; and inasmuch as the content of the message is timely throughout the year, I am enclosing a copy in the hope that you will find it of interest.
With blessing
M. Schneerson
Thanks for helping Mrs....
