By the Grace of G-d 7th of Iyar, 5741 Brooklyn. N.Y.
Mrs. D. Geldziler, Secy.
Sisterhood of Cong. Ahavath Zion
63-38th Street
Irvington, N. J. 07111
Blessing and Greeting:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter of April 28th, which reached me with some delay.
Needless to say, I was very pleased to note the warm feelings you expressed in behalf of all the Sisterhood towards Rabbi and Mrs. Sholom B. Gordon, in connection with their forthcoming 36th anniversary. In the present day and age, such feelings are particularly important in themselves, and also as an encouragement to Rabbi and Mrs. Gordon, to know that their services are so well appreciated.
May G-d grant that the Sisterhood, and each and all of its members, should carry out the important function in behalf of the Congregation in an ever growing measure, and may G-d bless each and all the members of the Congregation and all officers under the blessed leadership of your Rabbi, with good health and prosperity materially and spiritually.
With blessing
M. Schneerson
