By the Grace of G-d 20th of Adar II, 5741 Brooklyn, N.Y.
Mrs. E. Weill
886 Alpine Drive
Teaneck, N.J.
Blessing and Greeting:
I duly received your letter of March 16th, with the enclosures, for which many thanks, as always.
I also take this opportunity of extending to you my wife's appreciation of your thoughtfulness in presenting her with the beautiful brooch.
Having just observed Purim, I trust you had a joyous and inspiring Purim, keeping in mind that the whole Megillah is called not after Mordecai, nor after Mordecai and Esther jointly, but solely after Esther - Megillas Esther. This significant tribute to Jewish womanhood clearly emphasizes the historic role of Jewish women in Jewish life, and should certainly be a source of inspiration to every Jewish woman.
With blessing,
M. Schneerson
