By the Grace of G-d11th of Teveth, 5720Brooklyn, N.Y.
Mr. Chaim Jacob Lipchitz
168 Warbarton Ave.
Hastings-on-Hudson, N.Y.
Greeting and Blessing:
It is a long time since I have heard from you, but I assume that is in itself a sign that everything is in order.
I am enclosing a copy of my letter to the Weills,1 which is self-explanatory. I believe that you are mutually acquainted. Needless to say, I will be pleased to hear your views on the subject matter. It is surely unnecessary for me to add that I am interested to know your opinion with complete candor, since that is the purpose of an exchange of ideas.
I am also enclosing a copy of my message mentioned in my letter to the Weills, which I trust you will find of interest in any case.
With all good wishes, and
With Blessing,
M. Schneerson
