By the Grace of G-d 17th of Shevat, 5740 Feb. 4, 1980 Brooklyn, N.Y.

Greeting and Blessing:

I appreciate very much your good wishes and felicitations on the occasion of our Thirtieth Anniversary.

Your kind sentiments are all the more welcome and appreciated in view of the fact that your distinguished State, with its enviable record since pioneering days, has provided a conducive climate for the educational and cultural programs of our movement, particularly in the area of youth activity.

I can best reciprocate your good wishes by reiterating the Divine Promise to our Patriarch Abraham, "I will bless them that bless you" (Gen. 12:3).

Accordingly, may you generously be blessed in both your public and personal affairs materially and spiritually.

With esteem and blessing,

M. Schneerson
