By the Grace of G-d 13 Cheshvan, 5745 Brooklyn, N.Y.

I extend prayerful wishes to worthy Rabbi and all wellwishers on occasion of installation as Rabbi of chief Rabbinate Utrecht in happy auspicious hour.

May Hashem's desire in your hands be fulfilled that united in spirit and with concerted action your Kehilla will go from strength to strength, doing full justice to its time honored title Kehilla Kadisha.

Coming from month of Tishrei, replete with festivals, beginning with Rosh Hashanah anniversary of first "Coronation" of the creator king of the universe, and concluding with Simchat Torah, festival of our mutual rejoicing, Jews with Torah and Torah with Jews - surely this joy and inspiration will permeate this distinguished assembly and community, and be translated into corresponding action which is the essential thing.

With esteem and blessing for Hatzlachah and good tidings -

MENACHEM SCHNEERSON
