By the Grace of G-d17th of Elul, 5737 Brooklyn, N, Y.

Greeting and Blessing:

The Rebbe שליט"א has received a letter from the president of the Jewish community of Barcelona, Mr. David Ventura. A copy of the Rebbe’s שליט"א reply is enclosed herewith, which is self explanatory.

It is sent to you in order to keep you informed, and perhaps you may also be of help to them in some way. Indeed, it is possible that you were instrumental in Mr. Ventura's writing to the Rebbe in the first place.

At any rate, you will surely report here of any developments in this matter, and many thanks in anticipation.

Wishing you and yours a Kesivo vaChasimo Tovo,

Sincerely,

Nissan Mindel

Secretary
