In reply to your letter of Kislev 22:

1) With regard to the letter from which you enclosed, the Rebbe שליט"א replied that if he can obtain the consent of his mother it is adviseable that he study in Kfar Chabad.

2) Concerning the matter of the travel expense etc., the Rebbe שליט״א advised not to go through the expense, however, you should consider the possibility of your wife’s coming to the Nshei Chabad convention held during the summer, and yourself at some other suitable time.
