By the Grace of G-d 28th of Teves, 5724 Brooklyn, N. Y.

Greeting and Blessing:

I duly received your letter.

As I wrote to you before, you should ask and follow your doctor’s instructions and advice, inasmuch as a Jew is expected to do everything possible in the natural order of things, while at the same time putting his trust in G-d. This is the surest and quickest way to receive G-d’s blessings for the fulfillment of your heart’s desire for good.

With blessing,

By Nissan Mindel
