By the Grace of G-d 4th of Shevat, 5723 Brooklyn, N.Y.

Blessing and Greeting:

I was pleased to receive your report of your latest meetings of the Nshei. I trust the future meetings will see the participation of a growing number of new members.

We live at a time when one hears a great deal of the tremendous potentialities of "chain reaction." Since everything must serve as a stimulus and instruction in our service of G-d, may G-d grant that your group, too, set in motion a chain reaction, activating the potentialities of the women with whom you come in contact, to spread ever more and wider Torah-and-Mitzvoth Yiddishkeit, imbued with the light and warmth of Chassidic enthusiasm.

Hoping to hear consistently good news from you,

With blessing

By Nissan Mindel
