Mr. Elchonon Zvi Gorman
T.T.L. Lud.
Sholom uBrocho:
I received your letter of 17th of Kislev, after a long interval. I am pleased to note that there has been an improvement in your learning of Chassidus and Nigleh, and may G-d grant that you continue to advance steadily, from day to day, in accordance with the message of the Chanukah lights, which I trust has left a lasting influence on you. Even a little effort brings considerable results, how much more so a steady and consistent effort, as we have been promised: ”A person sanctifies himself a little here below, and he is sanctified a great deal from Above.”1
With blessing

As for the question of T’viloh, there are different customs, and it also depends on the purpose. Therefore you should enquire of the Mashpia of דא"ח at the Yeshiva and he will advise you.
