I received your letter of November 8th, and, as requested, I will remember in prayer those mentioned in your letter.

You do not write anything about yourself, but I trust that as a true daughter of Sarah, Rifkah, Rachel and Leah, you are not only conducting your daily life in accordance with the Jewish way of life, as befits a true Jewish daughter, but you are also trying to use your good influence in your environment in that direction. Moreover, as there is always room for improvement in matters of holiness and goodness, I trust that your efforts will correspond to this principle, which is also one of the basic lessons of the Chanukah lights which we kindle in growing numbers each night of Chanukah.
