By the Grace of G-d 13th of Nissan, 5721 Brooklyn, N. Y,
Mr. Menachem Dov Chaim Salek
182, Lower Clapton Road
London, E.5
Greeting and Blessing:
I received your letter written at the end of Adar, in which you write about the activities in connection with the forthcoming Pesach, and certain questions that have arisen in connection with your future plans.
Inasmuch as every place has its peculiar conditions, it is best to consult with friends and authorities in your community as to problems connected with the activities. Similarly in connection with the question of the affair which you plan during the Sephirah, since in this connection, too, one must reckon with the local custom and whether this would be fitting. Certainly if this sort of affair has not been done, one must be careful not to make innovations affecting good custom.
Enclosed is a copy of my message,1 which I trust you will make good use of.
Wishing you and all your friends a Kosher, happy and inspiring Pesach,
With blessing,
By Nisan Mindel
