I am pleased to receive a report dated 22 Kislev, from Mrs. Miriam Rubin, member of your Praesidium, on your activities, as well as recent elections, as well as your preparation for a Chanuka party. I hope that everything went off very nicely and I would like to hear about it explicitly.

I want to take this opportunity to underline what I have said orally to the Montreal visitors who were here, the importance of attracting women and girls from the widest of circles, and bringing them under your good influence. I am sure that with the proper approach you will enjoy success in these efforts. Needless to say, all beginnings are difficult. However, you are no longer in the stage of beginning and, secondly, the Jewish approach is not to be discouraged by difficulties, for the Almighty comes to aid.

I wish you success in your good work and may it bring success in your personal affairs.
