By the Grace of G-d 3rd Chanukah Candle, 5718 Brooklyn, New York.
Greeting and Blessing:
I received your letter and Pidyon.
I was gratified to read about your progress in the observance of the Mitzvoth.
Your Pidyon, as well as the others you enclosed, will be duly remembered at the holy resting place of my father-in-law of saintly memory.
With regard to what you write about the things that you hear in . . . [your Yeshivah] which upset you, especially as you feel you haven't got sufficient knowledge to refute them, my suggestion is that, inasmuch as you are still new in . . . [your Yeshivah], the best thing for you would be not to get involved in any discussions of this kind. You should continue your way, which, as you know and are confident, is the right way, the way of Chassidus. As for the remarks that you hear, or any objections, etc. the best thing for you is to refer them to Rabbi . . . Should you personally have any problems of this kind, you can also discuss it with Rabbi . . . when you visit him.
I trust that you participated in a Yud Tes Kislev celebration, and I shall look forward to receiving good news from you always.
With blessing,
By Nissan Mindel
